A:  The Bounce Company carries three sizes.  Height varies from 12-17 ft. depending on model.  Top

Q:  Does The Bounce Company require a deposit to reserve a bounce house?
A:  No, we do not require a deposit to reserve a unit. Top
Q:  What cities to you deliver to?
A:  We deliver to most South County Cities, please see our Delivery page for city listing.  Top
Q:  What type of surface can a bounce house be placed on?
A:  Grass, concrete, asphalt, or bark only.  We prefer not to install bounce house on dirt or gravel.  Top
Q:  How far from an outlet can we set bounce house?
A:  Approximately 80 ft.  Top
Q:  What should I do before the bounce house arrives?
A:  Dogs (animals) must be tied/caged before and during event. Make sure you have a 3.5 ft. clearance leading to Setup Location. Turn off automatic sprinklers. Do not water grass the night before.  Top
Q:  How long does it take to set up a bounce house?
A:  15-20 minutes depending on location.  Top
Q:  Can I have a bounce house in a park?
A:  Yes, but you need to check with individual parks to make sure they allow inflatable bounce houses in park.  Its your responsibility for permits and fees that are required.  Top
Q:  Do parks have power?
A:  Some parks do have electrical outlets, but some do not.  If you require a generator, The Bounce Company will rent a generator to you.  Top
